Mr Bernard Tay is the President of the Automobile Association of Singapore and also a Justice of the Peace appointed by the President of The Republic of Singapore. In recognition of his public services, he was conferred with several Singapore National Day Awards, including the Public Service Star (Bar), Public Service Star and Public Service Medal.
Mr Tay is currently a Non-Executive Director of ONERHT Foundation, a council member of RHT GRACE Institute and an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of RHT Capital Pte Ltd.
Mr Tay is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (U.K), the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Singapore Institute of Directors. He is also a Chartered Accountant of Malaysia. He has a wide range of experience, from having worked in public accounting firms in the United Kingdom and Singapore, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and companies in commerce, industry and management consulting for over 40 years. He has served many years as Independent Non-Executive Director of Companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore and Hong Kong.

Choun Mun is the Chief Executive Officer of RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., taking the position in 2016. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and equity capital markets locally and regionally.
In his current role, he is responsible for establishing and growing the corporate finance advisory services of the company. He is also involved in advising and underwriting of IPOs and numerous secondary fund raising exercises for companies listed on SGX and regional stock exchanges.
As a Full Sponsor of the SGX Catalist Board, Choun Mun strives to expand the company’s market share as part of the group’s expansion effort. Choun Mun graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

How Soon is the Managing Director at RHT Capital Pte. Ltd. He is responsible for the general management and performance of the company, business development and maintaining the quality of advice given to clients.
How Soon has had many years of transactional and management experience in corporate finance in international and local financial institutions, and boutique advisory firms. He has played a key role in advising companies both local and international companies on a wide range of transactions relating to both equity capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with honours from Nanyang Business School, and a Master in Business Administration from The Chicago Booth School of Business.

He has more than 16 years of experience in corporate finance which includes more than 40 corporate finance and advisory transactions including IPOs, RTOs, M&A, valuations, fairness opinions, take-overs and capital raising exercises from various regions covering a wide a range of industries.

He brings over 25 years of global capital markets experience, spanning both the Buy and Sell sides across a diverse range of industries. On the Sell side, his research has earned notable accolades. On the Buy side, he was a key contributor to the research team at Schroders Singapore Trust, which was voted Best Fund by Lipper in 2000.
